广州市小学气排球运动的开展现状——以广州市银河小学为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家咨询法,对广州市银河小学气排球运动开展情况进行调查分析。结果表明:银河小学气排球推广思路清晰,推广方案可行,硬件条件及师资力量都能满足推广需求。体育教师和学生对气排球有一定的认知基础;参与运动频次及时长不够理想;学习需求及意愿比较强烈。建议:在小学进行气排球推广时,各学校应结合自身实际,合理布局。教育、体育主管部门应给予运动项目更多政策、经费支持;注重开展管理层及教师培训;举办赛事,扩大项目影响力;并通过试点推广,在实践中探索推广模式。By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert consultation,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the development of balloon volleyball in Yinhe primary school in Guangzhou.The results show that the idea of promoting the balloon volleyball in Yinhe primary school is clear,the scheme is feasible,and the hardware conditions and teachers can meet the needs of the promotion.Physical education teachers and students have a certain cognitive basis for air volleyball;participation in sports in time is not ideal;learning needs and willingness are relatively strong.It is suggested that in the promotion of balloon volleyball in primary schools,each school should combine its own reality and make a reasonable layout.The competent departments of education and sports should give more policy and financial support to sports projects;pay attention to the training of management and teachers;hold competitions to expand the influence of projects;and explore the promotion mode in practice through pilot promotion.
