摘 要:建立了三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法测定低品位多金属矿石中全铁含量的方法,对操作中各项条件进行优化,并对试样的酸溶分解、还原、氧化、滴定、测定范围、共存元素影响及消除、方法的精密度和准确度等做了详细的研究。实验表明,方法的相对标准偏差RSD(n=11)均小于1.0%,样品加标回收率为94.6%~100%,可用于低品位多金属矿石中全铁含量在0.50%及以上的测定。方法具有快速、准确、容易掌握,分析成本低等优点,同时避免使用剧毒汞盐,能够满足单位的日常铁检测要求。The determination of total iron content in low-grade polymetallic ore by titanium trichioride reduction potassium dichromate is established.The various conditions in the operation are tested,and the most suitable acid dissolution,reduction,oxidation,titration and determination are selected.The scope,the influence and elimination of coexisting elements,the precision and accuracy of the method,etc.have been studied in detail.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method(n=11)is less than 1.0%,and the sample recovery rate is 94.6%—100%,which can be used for the determination of total iron content of 0.50%and above in low-grade polymetallic ore.The method has the advantages of fast,accurate,easy to grasp,low analysis cost,and avoids the use of highly toxic mercury salts,which can meet the daily iron detection requirements of the unit.
