摘 要:为解决油冷电机喷油孔流量分配不均导致的电机内部温升不均、局部温度过高问题,通过三维、一维分析方法,仿真得到某混合动力变速箱双电机油冷系统喷油孔的压力分布和流量分配。通过流量分配台架试验,验证了仿真分析的精度,并通过三维分析校核了初始方案和一维模型各点的压力分布。最后基于AMESim一维优化方法,对喷油孔直径等影响喷油孔喷射质量的关键因素进行多参数优化分析,优化后的油冷系统最大压差减小11.85%,电机的冷却均匀性得到较大改善。The oil flow from the injection holes of the oil-cooled motor is usually uneven,and it leads to problems that the inside temperature distribution of the motor is uneven and the local temperature is excessive.To resolve these problems,3D and 1D simulation analysis are conducted based on a proposed injection-pipe model to study the pressure and flow distribution for a hybrid gear box with dual-motor.The 3D and 1D numerical results are validated by test,and the pressure distribution in 1D is calibrated by 3D simulation results.Furthermore,the 3D simulation results confirm the proposed injection-pipe model.Based on the 1D analysis in the AMESim,an optimization analysis is carried out to improve the injection effect from some parameters such as the diameter of the injection pipe.With the use of the optimized cooling system,the maximum pressure difference is reduced by 11.85%,and the cooling uniformity of the motor is significantly improved.
