摘 要:为避免火炮液压调平支腿在行军时液压锁失效而造成活塞杆自动滑落,在传统液压调平支腿的基础上了,设计了一种内置拉簧的火炮液压调平支腿,介绍了其组成与内部结构,给出了拉簧的设计方法与连接结构,阐述了其工作原理,建立了某车载高炮液压调平支腿的计算模型,利用ANSYS仿真平台分析计算了极限工况下液压调平支腿的刚强度。通过工程应用表明,基于内置拉簧的火炮液压调平支腿具有活塞杆锁定可靠和自动回杆的显著特点。In order to avoid the unsafe factor that the hydraulic lock of the hydraulic leveling outrigger of the gun fails and the piston rod slips automatically when marching,a kind of hydraulic leveling outrigger of the gun with a built-in tension spring is designed on the basis of the traditional hydraulic leveling outrigger,its composition and internal structure are introduced,the design method and structure of the tension spring are given,its working principle is expounded,and the hydraulic adjustment of a vehicle mounted anti-aircraft gun is established.Based on the calculation model of horizontal outrigger,the rigidity and strength of hydraulic leveling outrigger under the limit condition are analyzed and calculated by the ANSYS simulation platform.The engineering application shows that the hydraulic leveling leg of the gun based on a built-in tension spring can lock the movable base rod reliably,and have the function of self returning rod.
