摘  要:介绍了HDX-900铁路钢轨铣磨车铣装置液压系统的设计、计算及关键元件的选型。该液压系统中控制铣装置上下运动的执行油缸的进、出油回路均具备双通道功能,其中任一通道出故现障都不会影响铣装置向上提升至安全位置;同时该系统进油口处设有一蓄能器作为应急油源,当主机油源供应出现故障时能为铣装置提供足够的压力油,驱动铣装置向上提升至安全位置,满足了铁路作业装置高可靠性方面的要求。系统通过比例伺服阀和压力传感器的闭环控制,实现对钢轨铣削修复作业时定位靴预加压力的数字控制,能够满足多种钢轨铣削修复作业工况的要求。This article presents the design,calculation and key components selection of the hydraulic system for HD-900 milling unit of milling and grinding engine.To meet the requirements of high reliability of railway operation equipment,the hydraulic system has two channels for its inlet and outlet circuits of the cylinder respectively,which control the up and down motion of the milling unit,thus any channel failure will not affect the milling unit moving up to the safe position.At the same time,an accumulator is arranged at the oil inlet of the system as an emergency source to provide enough pressure oil for the milling unit and drive it up to the safe position when the oil supply of the main engine fails.And the hydraulic system realizes the digital control of the pre-pressure of the locating shoe in the rail milling repairing operation through the closed-loop control of the servo valve and the pressure sensors to meet the requirements in different operation of rail milling and reshaping.
