新型冠状病毒肺炎患者采用医用胶布行管道固定预防手套粘连方法效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员在对疑似或确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者行管道固定防止医用胶布粘住手套的改良操作方法的有效性方法采用提前胶布内折法、固定手套远端指节法、快速手消润滑手套法三种方法防止胶布粘住手套,并统计三种方法胶布粘手套的效果对比。结果未行相关处理,手套粘连破损率为71.24%;采用提前胶布内折法,手套粘连破损率为12.00%;固定手套远端指节法,手套粘连破损率为8.00%;快速手消润滑手套法10.00%;行上述三种方式后,较未做任何处理,手套粘连破损率明显降低。结论护理人员在管道固定后采用改良后的操作方法可以降低医用橡胶手套等粘连破裂,降低医护人员感染风险,减少资源浪费,证明了改良后的操作方法具有良好的有效性,具有一定的临床应用价值。Purpose:to discussion the effectiveness of nursing staff's modified operation method when pipe fixing patients with suspected or confirmed new type of coronavirus pneumonia to prevent medical adhesive tape from sticking to gloves Methods:three methods were used to prevent the adhesive cloth from sticking to the gloves,such as the folding method of adhesive cloth in advance,the method of fixing the glove's distal knuckle and the method of quick hand disinfection and lubrication gloves,and statistics the effect comparison about glove adhesion of three methods.Results:without any treatment,the damage rate of glove adhesion was 71.24%;Using the folding method of adhesive cloth in advance,the damage rate of glove adhesion was 12.00%;Using the method of fixing the glove's distal knuckle,the damage rate of glove adhesion was 10.00%;Using the method of quick hand disinfection and lubrication gloves,the damage rate of glove adhesion was 8.00%;After executing any of aforementioned threes methods,the damage rate of glove adhesion was significantly lower than that of no treatment.Conclusion:the use of improved operation methods after pipe fixing by nursing staff can reduce the adhesion rupture of medical rubber gloves,reduce the risk of infection of nursing staff,reduce the waste of resources,and prove that the improved operation method has good effectiveness and has certain clinical application value.
