苍艾兰方熏蒸法在血液科住院病房空气消毒中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨苍艾兰方熏蒸法在血液科住院病房空气消毒的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月广东省某三甲医院血液科住院病房16间,采用随机分组法分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各8间病房。对照组采用常规空气消毒机消毒,实验组用空气消毒机消毒后加苍艾兰方熏蒸,检测消毒前后环境细菌菌落数以及种类,对两组消毒效果进行比较。结果两组消毒效果比较,随着时间延长尤其是消毒后8 h、12 h苍艾兰方熏蒸消毒的空气细菌菌落数、空气细菌杀菌率明显优于空气消毒机消毒效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍艾兰方熏蒸法消毒效果好,对人体无害,操作简单,对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等有明显的体外抑制作用,能有效减少导致血液病区院内感染发生的病菌数。Objective To investigate the effect of rhizoma atractylodis,artemisia argyi and herba eupatorii recipe fumigation on air disinfection in hematology inpatient ward.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,a total of 16 inpatient wards of hematology department of a grade 3 hospital in Guangdong province were enrolled the study.The inpatients wards were randomly divided into two groups,8 wards in each group.The control group was disinfected by conventional air disinfector.The experimental group was disinfected by air disinfector and fumigated by rhizoma atractylodis,Artemisia argyi and herba eupatorii recipe.The number and types of bacterial colonies in the environment before and after disinfection were detected.The disinfection effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparation on the disinfection effect of the two groups revealed that with time prolonging especially the number of air bacterial colonies and the rate of air bacterial disinfection in the fumigation recipe group at 8 hours and 12 hours after disinfection were significantly better than the air disinfector,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Rhizoma atractylodis,artemisia argyi and herba eupatorii recipe fumigation has good disinfection effect,and with no harm to human body and it is easy to operate.It has obvious inhibit effect on staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus B,escherichia coli and candida albicans in vitro,and could effectively reduce the number of pathogens causing nosocomial infections in inpatient ward of hematology department.
