摘 要:《建筑工程抗震设防分类标准》(GB50223-2008)和《关于学校、医院等人员密集场所建设工程抗震设防要求确定原则的通知》(中震防发[2009]49号)从不同角度对学校和医院等乙类建筑的抗震设防提出要求。通过抗震设计中地震作用计算的原理以及国内外规范抗震设计的方法的阐述,讨论在不同抗震设防烈度下何种方法对乙类建筑结构抗震能力的提高更为有效,并通过对混凝土框架和钢框架的实例分析和验证,提出设计建议。为规范的修订完善提供参考。The Standard for classification of seismic protection of building constructions(GB50223-2008)and Notice on Principles for Determining Requirements for Seismic fortification of Construction Engineering in Schools,Hospitals and Other Personnel-intensive Places(No.49 of Medium Earthquake Preparedness[2009])put forward requirements for seismic protection of class B buildings from different perspectives.The class B buildings include buildings such as schools and hospitals,etc.This paper discusses which method is more effective to improve the aseismic capacity of class B building structure under different aseismic fortification intensities by the principle of earthquake action calculation in aseismic design and the methods of aseismic design in domestic and foreign codes,and provides design suggestions through the analysis and verification of a concrete frame and a steel frame.The study provides beneficial reference to the revision and improvement of the specifications in design codes.
