活血接骨膏联合活血补肾止痛方治疗创伤骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血接骨膏联合活血补肾止痛方治疗创伤骨折的疗效。方法选取郑州中泰创伤手外科医院2018年10月—2019年10月收治的创伤骨折患者144例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各72例。观察组采用活血接骨膏联合活血补肾止痛方进行治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。治疗结束后对比2组症状积分、骨折愈合总有效率及各项临床指标情况。结果治疗前2组的疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑的症状积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经临床治疗后,观察组在疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑的症状积分上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的骨痂形成、软组织恢复、骨折愈合时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤骨折患者,采用活血接骨膏联合活血补肾止痛方治疗能更好促进患者骨折愈合,加快患者康复速度,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Huoxue Jiegu Paste combined with Huoxue Bushenzhitong Prescription on the treatment of traumatic fractures.Methods:A total of 144 patients with trauma fractures admitted to Zhengzhou Zhongtai Traumatology and Hand Surgery Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,72 cases per group.The observation group was treated with Huoxue Jiegu Paste combined with Huoxue Bushenzhitong Prescription and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After the treatment was ended,the symptoms score,total fracture healing efficiency and various clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of pain,swelling and ecchymosis between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After clinical treatment,the observation group had higher scores for pain,swelling and ecchymosis than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scab formation,soft tissue recovery and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of trauma fracture patients with Huoxue Jiegu Paste combined with Huoxue Bushenzhitong Prescription can better promote the fracture healing of the patients and accelerate the recovery speed of the patients,which has clinical application value.
