摘  要:研究模拟了白洋淀清淤搅动后铺洒生物炭以及活性炭对上覆水生物毒性影响效果,共在白洋淀中设立6个围隔(1搅动空白;2铺洒空白;3生物炭薄;4生物炭厚;5活性炭薄;6活性炭厚),通过人力搅动的形式模拟清淤过程,搅动结束后迅速铺洒不同厚度的活性炭与生物炭并于不同时间段采集上中下3层上覆水,测定其发光细菌毒性。结果表明:该区域在未搅拌的情况下,水体的毒性在中等毒性等级;当我们将水体沉积物进行搅拌,使其悬浮在水中时,水体的毒性明显降低,降低至低毒性等级;当我们搅拌并加入一定量的生物炭时,水体的毒性呈现较大幅度波动,但均值处于中等毒性等级;当我们在搅拌的情况下加入一定量的活性炭,水体的毒性同样出现较大波动,但毒性总体处于中等毒性等级。研究对清淤后生物炭原位覆盖过程的生物毒性与风险具有借鉴意义。This study simulated the effect of biochar and activated carbon on the biotoxicity of the overlying water in Baiyangdian Lake after desilting,by spreading different thickness of biochar and activated carbon soon after stirring with manpower the 6 enclosures(1.blank stirring,2.blank spreading,3.thin biochar,4.thick biochar,5.thin activated carbon,6.thick activated carbon)set up in the lake,and then collecting the overlying water on the upper,middle,and lower layer at different time periods to measure the toxicity of photogenic bacteria.The results showed that the toxicity of water in this region was at moderate level when the water was not stirred,while it reduced significantly to low level when the water sediment was stirred and suspended in the water.A big fluctuation was seen in the toxicity of water,with mean value at medium level,when the water was stirred and added with a certain amount of biochar.Similarly,when a certain amount of activated carbon was added in the water after stirring,the toxicity of water also fluctuated greatly but was generally at the medium level.The study has reference significance for biotoxicity and risk of biochar in in-situ covering process after desilting.
