摘  要:填料材质、结构以及填充率等影响到生物膜的性状、水力学特性和传质效果,是决定生物接触氧化工艺脱氮效果的关键因素。为了优化悬挂式填料反应器的工业尾水脱氮能力,选取挂膜成熟的生物绳填料、合成纤维填料、弹性立体填料。考察3种填料在相同填充率以及生物绳在不同填充率下对工业尾水的脱氮效果。结果显示:在未加碳源情况下总体COD、NO3-N的去除率很低,难以对比各种情况优劣。外加葡萄糖后去除效率得到改善。脱氮效果与可生化利用的有机碳源的量密切相关。稻草作为碳源的静态实验中,2%的生物绳填料因其有利于营养物质的传质且结构中心有利于厌氧微生物的生长,所以脱氮效果强于5%生物绳填料和5%弹性填料。合成纤维填料虽然没有孔隙率,但是因其表面具有合成纤维层,也表现出了较好的脱氮效果,而且因其质量轻、机械强度高、廉价等优点,具有较好的工程应用前景。The material,structure and filling rate of the packing affect the properties,hydraulic properties and mass transfer effects of the biofilm,which are the key factors determining the denitrification effect of the biological contact oxidation process.The biological rope packing,synthetic fiber packing and elastic solid packing with mature biofilm formation are selected in order to optimize the denitrification capacity on industrial tail water in the suspended packing reactor.The denitrification effect on industrial tail water of the three types of packing on the same filling rate and that of the biological rope at different filling rates are investigated.The results show that the overall removal rate of COD and NO3-N very low without adding carbon source,and it is difficult to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various situations.The removal efficiency is improved after glucose is added.The denitrification effect is closely related to the amount of organic carbon source that can be utilized biochemically.In the static test with straw as the carbon source,the denitrification effect of 2%of biological rope packing is better than that of 5%of biological rope packing and elastic packing because the former is beneficial to the mass transfer of nutrients and the structural center is beneficial to the growth of anaerobic microorganisms.Although there is no porosity in the synthetic fiber packing,it also has good denitrification effect because there is a synthetic fiber layer on the surface.Moreover,it has a good prospect of engineering application due to its advantages of light weight,high mechanical strength and low cost.
