摘  要:为研究轴流式混输泵内声场噪声特性,以自主设计的轴流式油气混输泵为研究对象,基于SST k-ω模型模拟泵内部非定常流场,提取非定常压力脉动信号,运用声学软件LMS Virtual Lab直接边界元法DBEM求解混输泵叶轮部件、导叶部件引致的噪声。分析了混输泵叶栅内压力场、速度场、压力脉动和泵进、出口场点声压级分布规律。结果表明:叶栅内压力脉动受叶片通过频率以及动静干涉作用的影响,随流量的增大,压力脉动受动静干涉的作用逐渐增强,受泵转速的影响逐渐减弱;混输泵内声场噪声频谱特性与压力脉动有一定的关联,叶轮诱导噪声明显大于导叶诱导噪声,叶轮与导叶之间的动静干涉作用是混输泵内声场噪声的主要影响因素。In order to study the characteristics of noises in sound field of the axial flow multiphase pump,taking the independently designed axial flow oil and gas multiphase pump as the research object,the noises resulted from impeller components and guide vane components were solved by means of the acoustic software LMS Virtual Lab and Direct Boundary Element Method DBEM,based on the SST k-ωmodel to simulate the unsteady flow field inside the pump,by extracting the unsteady pressure pulsation signal.The distribution law of sound pressure levels in pressure field,velocity field,pressure pulsation and pump inlet and outlet field points in the cascade of multiphase pump was analyzed.The results show that the pressure pulsation in cascade is influenced by the blade passing frequency and the dynamic and static interference effect,and the effect of dynamic and static interference on pressure pulsation increases with the growth of flow and decreases gradually for the impact of rotational speed of pump,and the noise spectrum characteristics in sound field of multiphase pump has certain relation to pressure pulsation,and the noise induced by impeller is clearly higher than that by guide vane,and the dynamic and static interference between the impeller and the guide vane is the main factor influencing the noise in the sound field of multiphase pump.
