氟比洛芬酯和右美托咪定对妇科腹腔镜患者术后恢复质量的影响

摘　　要：目的比较氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定对妇科腹腔镜患者术后恢复质量的影响。方法90例择期行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为氟比洛芬酯注射液1.5 mg/kg联合右美托咪定注射液0.03μg/kg组(FD组,n=45)和氟比洛芬酯注射液1.5 mg/kg组(F组,n=44)。在预计手术结束前30 min,分别予以相应的试验用药。采用QoR-40量表评估患者的术后恢复质量情况,采用VAS评分评估患者的术后疼痛情况,记录炎症反应因子等指标。结果组内各时间点及组间术后VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FD组术后C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于F组(P<0.05)。FD组的QoR-40总评分、身体舒适度、情绪状态评分高于F组(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定可以改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后的恢复质量,抑制机体炎症反应。Objective To compare the effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dexmedetomidine on postoperative recovery quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:FD group(n=45)received 1.5 mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with 0.03μg/kg dexmedetomidine injection,F group(n=44)received 1.5 mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil injection.The corresponding test medication was given 30 min before the end of the surgery.QoR-40 scale was used to evaluate the quality of recovery after operation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain after operation,and the inflammatory factors were also recorded.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score at different time points within each group and between the two groups(P<0.05).The level of CRP in FD group was lower than that in the F group(P<0.05).The total QoR-40,physical comfort and emotional state scores in the FD group were higher than those in the F group(P<0.05).Conclusions Flurbiprofen axetil combined with dexmedetomidine can improve the quality of recovery after laparoscopic gynecological surgery and inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body.
