近五年中国提高妇女地位国家机制的进展

摘　　要：提高妇女地位的国家机制是将性别平等纳入宏观社会发展主流、促进男女两性平等分享发展资源与发展成果的重要保障。作为第四次世界妇女大会的主办国,中国不断探索完善中国特色的提高妇女地位的国家机制,为推动性别平等与妇女发展创设良好的制度环境。近五年来,中国在深入贯彻落实男女平等基本国策、积极推进社会性别观点纳入社会发展主流,采取多种措施有效解决影响性别平等关键问题,充分发挥促进妇女发展国家机构作用等方面取得了突破性进展。应继续破除传统观念和既有工作模式的束缚,创新理念、破解难题,努力探索国家推动性别平等与妇女发展制度机制的新思路和新举措。The national mechanism for the advancement of women is an important guarantee for integrating gender equality into the macro social development mainstream,and promoting the equal sharing of development resources and achievements between men and women.As the host country of the 4th World Conference on Women,China has constantly explored and perfected the national mechanism for the advancement of women with Chinese characteristics,creating a good institutional environment for promoting gender equality and women’s development.In the past five years,China has made breakthroughs in promoting and implementing the basic national policy of the equality between men and women,actively bringing gender equality into social development mainstream,adopting various measures to effectively solve key issues affecting gender equality,and giving full play to the role of national institutions for women’s development.China should continue to break the shackles of traditional concepts and existing work models,innovate ideas and solve difficult problems,and strive to explore new ideas and new measures of the national systems and mechanisms to promote gender equality and women’s development.
