中药脐部热敷对肺移植术后胃肠功能的作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察艾叶加十滴水敷神阙穴联合多功能治疗仪脐部热敷对肺移植术后腹胀便秘的疗效。方法将50例肺移植术后患者按照移植术后的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组于术后由ICU转回普通病房后采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用艾叶加十滴水贴敷神阙位联合多功能治疗仪脐部热敷。比较两组患者腹胀、便秘及食欲情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的腹胀情况、便秘情况、食欲减退情况的发生率相对较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用艾叶加十滴水贴敷神阙位联合多功能治疗仪脐部热敷能有效促进食欲,预防腹胀、便秘,促进肺移植患者的康复。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of folium artemisiae argyi plus“10 drops”applied in Shenque acupoint and umbilical hot compress with multi-functional therapeutic apparatus on abdominal distension and constipation after lung transplantation.Methods 50 cases after lung transplantation were divided into two groups,control group received routine nursing after being transferred from ICU to general ward,and on the basis the observation group received folium artemisiae argyi plus“10 drops”applied in Shenque acupoint and umbilical hot compress with multi-functional therapeutic apparatus.Abdominal distension,constipation,and appetite were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of abdominal distension,constipation,anorexia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of folium artemisiae argyi plus“10 drops”applied in Shenque acupoint and umbilical hot compress with multi-functional therapeutic apparatus can effectively improve appetite,prevent abdominal distension and constipation,and promote the rehabilitation in lung transplantation patients.
