上海石库门里弄房屋分类情况简析

摘　　要：文章回顾了上海石库门里弄房屋建造的历史沿革,对石库门里弄房屋在房屋管理中不同时期的分类情况和学术研究中不同学者的分类思路、成果及分类异同点展开分析,认为在上海石库门里弄房屋的范围、特点和大类划分上,各方的主要意见基本一致,但在实际使用方面还存在一些问题,容易带来混淆和困惑。建议上海石库门里弄房屋可以分为老式石库门里弄、新式石库门里弄、广式里弄,其中,老式石库门里弄和广式里弄又可细分为早期和后期两个小类。This paper recalls the history of the construction of the house at Shanghai Shikumen Lane,carries out analysis for classification condition at different stages and different scholars'classification methods,achievements and similarities&differences in academic study in house management of Shikumen Lane houses,believes that each party's main opinions on the scope,characteristic,and major categories of Shikumen Lane house are basically consistent,but there are still some problems in the actual using,which causes chaos and confusion easily.This paper suggests that Shanghai Shikumen Lane houses be classified as old style Shikumen Lane,new style Shikumen Lane,Guangdong style Lane,and old style Shikumen Lane and Guangdong style Lane also be sub-divided into early stage and late stage.
