摘　　要：目的评价虫草制剂治疗糖尿病肾病的系统评价/Meta-分析的方法学和报告质量。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库查找虫草制剂治疗糖尿病肾病的系统评价文献,时间为从建库到2019年10月5日。采用AMSTAR-2量表和PRISMA声明对纳入文献进行方法学和报告质量评估。结果共纳入15篇文献。AMSTAR-2量表结果表明文献方法学质量都为极低,PRISMA声明平均得分为18.5分。文献方法学和报告质量的不足主要在方案注册、纳入标准和资金来源方面。结论尽管纳入的文献都表明虫草制剂治疗糖尿病肾病是有效的,但其方法学和报告质量评价较差。临床工作者须谨慎对待系统评价的结果,未来研究者在撰写系统评价时应规范使用AMSTAR-2量表和PRISMA声明。Objective To evaluate the methodological and reporting quality of systematic reviews/metaanalysis of Cordyceps preparation in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Methods We obtained systematic reviews of Cordyceps preparation treatment for diabetic kidney disease by searching the databases from their inception to Aug 18,2019,including PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database.We used the AMSTAR-2 tool and the PRISMA scale respectively to assess the methodological and reporting quality of the included literature.Results A total of 15 articles were included.The results of AMSTAR-2 tool showed that the methodological quality of the literature was extremely low.The average score of PRISMA scale was 18.5.The shortages of methodological and reporting quality were on registration,inclusion criteria and funding sources.Conclusions The included studies indicate that Cordyceps preparation is effective in treating diabetic kidney disease.However,their methodological and reporting quality is fairly poor.Clinicians should carefully handle the results of systematic reviews.Future researchers should apply the AMSTAR-2 tool and the PRISMA scale when writing systematic reviews.
