摘  要:胆汁酸是胆固醇的代谢产物,是一种重要的信号分子,具有调节肠道及其他器官功能的作用,并参与代谢、免疫、炎症等多种病理生理过程。胆汁酸在肠道微环境变化中发挥重要作用,影响肠道微生物组成;而肠道微生物酶对胆汁酸的代谢也起重要作用,是肠道微生物对宿主健康的重要贡献,微生物转化胆汁酸的能力影响宿主的生理机能。胆汁酸与肠道微生物的相互作用参与多种疾病的发生发展,阐明其中的机制可给胆汁酸和肠道微生物相关疾病的治疗带来希望。Bile acid is the metabolites of cholesterol,an important signal molecule,which regulates the intestine and other organs functions,and takes part in the pathophysiological processes of metabolism,immunity and inflammation etc.Bile acid plays an important role in the changes of intestinal microenvironment and affects the composition of gut microbiota.Intestinal microorganism enzyme plays a key role in the metabolism of bile acid,which is an important contribution of intestinal microorganism to the health of the host.The ability of microorganisms to convert bile acids affects the physiology of the host.The interaction between bile acids and gut microbiota is involved in the development of many diseases,clarifying the mechanisms of which may provide hope for the treatment of the related diseases.
