摘 要:为了解永年洼水体环境状况,在春季采集该地区底泥及浮游生物进行测定。采用时空分布取样法,设置五处取样地点(东部、西部、南部、北部和合理利用区),每处选择底泥表层样品,测定pH值、总氮、总磷、铅及镉的含量;采集水样,对其中的浮游植物和浮游动物进行定性和定量分析。底泥测定结果表明,各取样点区域呈现碱性、高氮磷,存在重金属污染。浮游生物检测结果显示,该区域浮游植物以绿藻门为主,浮游动物以原生动物和桡足类为主。分析结果表明浮游动物的水平分布为由西南方向向东北方向逐渐增多,垂直分布上,由浅到深,浮游动物的数量逐渐降低,永年洼西部的污染度最低。In order to understand the water environment in Yongnianwa Lake,sediment and plankton were collected and determined in spring.Time-space distribution method was used to set up five sampling sites(east,west,south,north and reasonable utilization area).The surface samples of sediment were selected at each site to determine the pH value,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,lead and cadmium content.The results of sediment determination showed that the samples were alkaline,high nitrogen and phosphorus,and heavy metal pollution existed.The plankton detection results showed that the phytoplankton in this area was mainly chlorophyta,and the zooplankton was mainly protozoa and copepods.The analysis results showed that the horizontal distribution of zooplankton gradually increased from southwest to northeast,and the vertical distribution,from shallow to deep,the number of zooplankton gradually decreased,and the pollution degree in the west part of the lake was the lowest.
