摘　　要：高水平海洋大学校园网络文化在互联网技术飞速革新的情况下需要肩负起时代赋予的责任和使命,但也面临着道德伦理失衡、主体行为失范、形式主义等问题。因此,推进高水平海洋大学校园网络文化建设,净化校园网络文化环境,重视管理制度创新,打造高素质网络辅导员队伍,完善校园网络安全事件应急响应体系等,是海洋大学特色校园网络文化建设的重要途径。The network culture of the high-level ocean university campus needs to shoulder the responsibility by the times under the background of the new era and the rapid innovation of the Internet technology,but it also faces problems such as the imbalance of moral ethics and the deviance of the construction subject behavior and the tendency of formalism. High-level ocean universities should determine the strategy of the campus network culture construction. They can develop the campus network culture with characteristics of ocean universities by purifying the"cultural environment"of the campus network,paying attention to the innovation of the management system,building a colorful and high-level campus network culture,creating a team of high-quality network counselors,and improving the measures of campus network security emergency response systems.
