摘　　要：栀子柏皮汤为医圣张仲景于东汉末年著《伤寒论》中泄热利湿退黄所用经方。本文通过检索查阅栀子柏皮汤相关古籍及记载文献,探究原文中栀子柏皮汤的方剂组成及剂量问题,结合文物、历史考证及各家研究分别对《伤寒论》原文中涉及的计量术语"两""擘""升"进行逐一考证,确定其三者在现代标准计量单位下得出的测量值。在中医药现代应用中栀子柏皮汤不仅是退黄三方之一,而且拥有多种其他临床疗效,对其进行原方溯源及古今度量衡考证,旨在指导中医临床使用,推进中医药现代化。Zhizi Baipi Decoction is one of the classical prescriptions used in Treatise on Febrile Diseases by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty. This study aimed to thoroughly explore the primordial composition and early dosage of Zhizi Baipi Decoction by searching and consulting the corresponding ancient works and recent textual evidence. Combined with the metrological research on cultural relics, the terms of measurement units "Liang", "Bo" and "Sheng" that involved in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were examined and the corresponding measurement values under current standard were determined. In the contemporary application of TCM, Zhizi Baipi Decoction is not only used as one of the three prescriptions for eliminating jaundice, but also possess a variety of other clinical effects. The significance of this study lies in guiding the clinical application and promoting the modernization of TCM.
