浅谈痔病的中医个体化治疗与精准医疗

摘　　要：痔病是一种常见病、多发病,易反复发作,严重影响患者生活质量,人体体质不同,痔病诱发因素多,不同患者的症状、体征、后遗症及预防方式有所不同,故需为患者提供符合其病情的个体化治疗以提高治疗效果。精准医疗的提出,有利于中医药个体化治疗的进一步发展,本文将从中医个体化治疗与精准医疗方面就痔病预防、诊断、治疗三方面论述,以期为不同痔病患者提供符合其病情的个体化治疗以提高治疗效果。Hemorrhoid is a common disease, frequently-occurring, easy to repeatedly attack, which seriously affect the quality of life of the patients. It is necessary to provide patients with individualized treatment in line with their conditions to improve the treatment effect due to different body constitution, many induced factors, different symptoms, signs, sequelae and prevention methods. The proposal of precision medicine is conducive to the further development of individualized treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study discussed the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids from the aspects of individualized treatment and precision medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine, so as to provide individualized treatment in line with different hemorrhoids patients to improve the treatment effect.
