骨痹汤治疗寒凝经脉型腰腿痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨骨痹汤治疗寒凝经脉型腰腿痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月—2019年11月于本院接受诊治的80例寒凝经脉型腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,观察组则使用骨痹汤进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗前、后的Oswestry腰痛指数、视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及临床疗效。结果2组治疗后的Oswestry腰痛指数和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的80%,2组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用骨痹汤治疗寒凝经脉型腰腿痛,疗效确切,能明显改善患者疼痛症状,值得在临床上应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Heumatism Decoction on the treatment of patients with pain in waist and lower extremities of cold setting meridians type.Methods:80 patients with pain in waist and lower extremities of cold setting meridians type,who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2018 to November 2019,were selected as the research objects and divided into an observation group and a treatment group according to the random number table method,40 cases per group.The control group was treated with Diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules and the observation group was treated with Heumatism Decoction.The Oswestry lumbago index,visual analog scale(VAS)and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the Oswestry lumbago index and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95%,significantly higher than 80%in the control group.The differences in data of the two groups were significant and were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heumatism Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of the patients with pain in waist and lower extremities of cold setting meridians type and can significantly improve their pain symptoms,worthy of clinical application.
