摘　　要：目的选取3种常用云南民族药(藤茶、火棘、青刺尖),通过高脂饮食诱导的方法,建立肥胖动物模型,应用活鼠组分分析的方法,对动物的体脂含量等各项指标进行连续监测并进行比较,从而筛选具有明显减肥消脂作用的药物。方法雄性SPF级C57BL/6J小鼠94只随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、阳性对照组和3个民族药给药组。每周测量、记录小鼠的体重、脂肪重量,喂养7周后比较体质量、体脂含量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和Lee s指数等指标。结果藤茶、青刺尖两种药物能降低小鼠体脂含量和Lee s指数,一定程度控制体质量增长。结论藤茶、青刺尖具有一定的减肥作用效果。Objective:To select three commonly used national medicines(Vine tea,Pyracantha,Green thorn tip)from Yunnan ethnic medicine and establish an obese animal model through high-fat diet induction.The live mouse component analysis was used to continuously monitor and compare the various content indicators of the animal body fat so as to screen drugs with obvious weight loss and fat elimination effects.Methods:94 male SPF C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into a normal control group,a high-fat model group,a positive control group and 3 ethnic drug administration groups.The body weight and fat weight of the mice were measured and recorded every week,and the body weight,body fat content,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and Lee’s index were compared after 7-weeks feeding.Results:Vine tea and Green thorn tip could reduce the body fat content and Lee’s index of the mice and control the weight gain to a certain extent.Conclusion:Vine tea,Green thorn tip have a certain effect of weight loss.
