摘  要:介绍了聚异丁烯丁二酸酐及其醇酯高分子乳化剂合成工艺,实验考察了合成反应温度和时间对聚异丁烯丁二酸酐及其醇酯高分子乳化剂的影响,得出聚异丁烯与顺丁烯二酸酐按工艺配比(物质的量比)1∶2.8配料,烃化反应温度为180~200℃、反应时间为300~350 min,可生成高含量的聚异丁烯丁二酸酐,聚异丁烯丁二酸酐与溶剂正丁醚及二甘醇按工艺配比(物质的量比)1∶0.3∶2配料,在催化剂作用下,于140~150℃发生酯化反应,反应时间为120~150 min生产的聚异丁烯丁二酸醇酯可作为优良的乳化炸药用乳化剂。The synthesis technology of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride and its alcohol ester polymeric emulsifier is introduced.The effect of reaction temperature and time on the synthesis of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride and its alcohol ester polymeric emulsifier was tested.And it is concluded that the high content of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride can be produced according to the process ratio(molar ratio)of polyisobutylene and maleic anhydride as 1∶2.8,the reaction temperature as 180~200℃and the reaction time as 300~350 min,high content polyisobutylene succinic anhydride can be produced under this condition.The polyisobutylene butane diacid alcohol ester produced at 140~150℃with reaction time of 120~150 min according to the process ratio(molar ratio)of polyisobutylene succinic anhydrid,nnutyl ether and diethylene glycol as 1∶0.3∶2 in the presence of a catalyst,can be used as an excellent emulsifier for emulsion explosives.
