摘  要:针对同步带轮齿廓对带轮承载能力的影响,提出了一种高转矩仿生齿廓同步带轮的设计方法。从树干与地面的拉伸三角样式的仿生连接中获取简化正切曲线,将其作为仿生同步带轮的齿廓,设计出一种有效的描述同步带轮齿廓的参数化方法。使用有限元内嵌优化模块,进行正切曲线的优化,最终得到带轮齿根等效应力最小时的正切曲线参数,并对仿生同步带轮和常规圆弧同步带轮的齿根等效应力进行比较。研究表明,提出的方法可以明显降低同步带轮均布应力,减小齿根应力集中;与圆弧齿廓同步带轮相比,仿生齿廓带轮的载荷分布更合理,承载能力更高。Aiming at the influence of the tooth profile of the synchronous pulley on the bearing capacity of the pulley,a design method of a high-torque bionic tooth profile synchronous pulley is proposed. A simplified tangent curve is obtained from the bionic connection of the stretched triangle pattern of the trunk and the ground,which is used as the tooth profile of the bionic synchronous pulley,and a parameterized method for describing the tooth profile of the synchronous pulley is designed. The tangent curve is optimized by using the finite element embedded optimization module,and finally the parameters of the tangent curve with the minimum uniform stress of the teeth are obtained. The uniform stress distribution of the tooth roots of the bionic synchronous pulley and the conventional arc synchronous pulley is compared. The research shows that the proposed method can significantly reduce the uniform distribution stress of the synchronous pulley and reduce the root stress concentration. Compared with the arc toothed synchronous belt pulley,the bionic toothed profile belt has a more reasonable load distribution and higher bearing capacity.
