摘 要:基于多体动力学软件RecurDyn,建立新型、RU型和ZA型人字齿同步带传动的虚拟样机模型,并进行了刚柔耦合运动建模及动态仿真。在相同条件下,针对3种齿形人字齿同步带,在完全啮合区进行了带强力层和带齿的应力分布云图及齿根特殊点应力分布规律研究,以及在带运动循环周期内特殊点应力变化规律研究。在带传动性能方面,研究了带横向振动和张力波动规律以及从动带轮角速度变化规律。结果表明,新型人字齿同步带带齿受载应力更小,承载能力最强,带横向振动、张力波动以及从动轮转速波动的幅值最低,表明新型人字齿同步带与带轮的齿廓齿形具有良好的啮合传动性能和运动平稳性,传动精度高。Based on the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn, a virtual prototype model of new type,RU type and ZA type double helical synchronous belt drive is established, and rigid-flexible coupling motion modeling and dynamic simulation are carried out. Under the same conditions, for the three tooth profiles double helical synchronous belts, the stress distribution cloud diagram of the belt strong layer and the tooth and the stress distribution law of the special point of the tooth root are studied in the fully meshed area, and the study of the stress variation law of special points in the belt movement cycle. In terms of belt drive performance, the law of lateral vibration and tension fluctuation of the belt and the law of angular velocity change of the driven pulley are studied. The results show that the tooth root stress of the double helical synchronous belt is smaller, the bearing capacity is the strongest, and the amplitude of the lateral vibration, tension fluctuation and driven pulley speed fluctuation of the belt is the lowest. It shows that the tooth profile of the double helical synchronous belt and the pulley has good meshing drive performance and smooth movement, and high drive accuracy.
