摘 要:提出一种新型结构的卡盘式变径带轮无级变速器,该新型无级变速器(CVT)在传动上使用卡盘式变径带轮与多楔带相结合的带传动方式,实现了带轮与传动带的面接触式摩擦传动。推导了卡盘式变径带轮传动的有效圆周力计算公式,并分析了卡盘式变径带轮最大有效圆周力的变化规律,验证了卡盘式变径带轮具有大转矩的传动能力。另外,进行了基于Adams的卡盘式变径带轮传动动力学仿真,研制出卡盘式变径带轮无级变速器实验装置,进行了实际运行测试。结果表明,该新型CVT传动速度平稳,满足车辆使用要求。A new structure of chuck-type adjustable radius pulley continuously variable transmission(CVT) is proposed.The new CVT uses the belt drive mode of the combination of the chuck-type adjustable radius pulley and the multi-wedge belt in the drive,and the face contact friction drive between the pulley and the drive belt is realized.The calculation formula of the effective circumferential force of the chuck-type adjustable radius pulley drive is deduced,and the variation law of the maximum effective circumferential force of the chuck-type adjustable radius pulley is analyzed,which verifies the drive ability of the chuck-type adjustable radius pulley with large torque.In addition,the dynamics simulation based on Adams is carried out,and the experimental device of chuck-type adjustable diameter CVT is developed to test and verify.The results show that the drive speed of the new CVT is stable and meets the requirements of vehicle use.
