摘 要:基于多体动力学方法和Hertz接触理论,采用Impact冲击函数定义回转支承内滚动体的四点接触作用和内齿直齿啮合接触作用;运用Adams仿真平台,建立了四点接触球式回转支承的多体接触动力学模型。对比分析并验证了回转支承的角速度、传动比和静态载荷的仿真值和理论值,分析了转速和载荷对回转支承动态特性的影响。结果表明,轴向载荷单独作用下,齿轮驱动转速越大,啮合力越大,外圈质心轴向振动反而越小,而滚动体与套圈滚道之间的四点接触力变化不大;当转速恒定,轴向载荷和倾覆力矩分别作用时,倾覆力矩对回转支承稳定性的影响更大。Based on multi-body dynamics method and Hertz contact theory,the Impact function is applied to define four-point contact of steel ball in slewing bearing and meshing contact action of straight teeth with internal teeth.And the multi-body contact dynamics model of four-point contact ball slewing bearing is established by the utilization of Adams simulation platform.The simulated and theoretical values of the angular velocity,transmission ratio and static load of the slewing bearing are compared and testified,and the influence on the rotational speed and load on the dynamic characteristics of the slewing bearing is analyzed.It follows that under the action of axial load alone,the higher the gear drive speed is,the larger the meshing force is,and the vibration get smaller,however,the four-point contact force between the steel ball and the raceway does not change much.When the rotation speed is constant,the axial load and the overturning moment act separately,the overturning moment has a greater impact on the stability of the slewing bearing.
