摘　　要：袋鼠式护理是一种经济、简便且十分有效的早产儿护理方法。本文对国际袋鼠式护理应用于低出生体重并早产儿中有关文献资料实施剖析和总结,包括起源和意义、研究方向及效果评价、实施中遇到的难题、缺点及解决方法等,分析研究的不足与展望,以期为我国低出生体重并早产儿引进袋鼠式护理提供参考。Kangaroo Care is an economical,simple and effective nursing method for premature infant.This study aims at providing a reference for the application of kangaroo Care in low birth weight premature infant in China,which analyzes and summarizes relevant literature research on the application of kangaroo Care in low birth weight premature infant at home and abroad,including origin and significance,research direction and effect evaluation,the existing problems in practice,shortcomings and solutions,etc.
