肠造口皮肤连续缝合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肠造口皮肤连续缝合的效果。方法:对乐山市人民医院胃肠外科2019年行肠造口的58例患者分为两组,行肠造口皮肤连续缝合的29例为连续缝合组,行间断缝合的29例为间断面缝合组。比较两组临床效果。结果:两组在造口出血、皮炎、皮下感染、造口坏死等并发症的发生率方面无显著差异(P>0.05),在时间消耗上,连续缝合组平均5.56min,间断缝合组平均8.58min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。缝线消耗上,连续缝合组平均2.21根,间断缝合组平均7.76根,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。美观上,护士评价连续缝合的造口接收度较间断缝合高,家属评价二者差异无统计学意义。结论:应用肠造口皮肤连续缝合消耗少,安全可靠、接受度高,近期疗效满意。Objective To investigate the safety,economy and aesthetics of continuous suture in enterostomy.Methods A comparative study was conducted on the patients who underwent enterostomy in the department of gastrointestinal surgery of leshan people's hospital in 2019,and the differences about the complications,stoma aesthetics and the consumption of time and suture were analyzed.Results 58 patients were divided into two groups,including 29 patients with continuous or interrupted suture of enterostomy respectively.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as ostomy hemorrhage,dermatitis,colostomy necrosis and subcutaneous infection between the two groups.In terms of the time and suture consumption,it’s about 5.56 min and 2.21 sutures in the continuous suture group,and 8.58min and 7.76 sutures in the interrupted group.For stoma aesthetics,the continuous group was better than that of the interrupted group evaluated by nurses,but there was no statistically significant when evaluated by the family members.Conclusion continuous suture between the intestinal wall and the skin in enterostomy is safe,reliable,effective and more beautiful.
