摘　　要：选题来自于某公司的生产实际。应用ProE建立叶轮中不同流道结构的三维立体模型,通过ProCAST仿真软件对不同流道结构的金属充型过程进行模拟仿真,对比分析各方案中缺陷分布状态,筛选出最优方案。This topic comes from the actual production of a company.The three-dimensional model of different runner structure in impeller is established by ProE.The metal filling process of different runner structure is simulated by ProCAST.By comparing and analyzing the distribution of defects in each scheme,the optimal scheme is selected.
