摘 要:老采空区注浆减沉效果的监测和评价对采煤沉陷区的合理利用和注浆减沉方案的优化具有重要意义。本文以邯矿集团聚隆矿业有限公司下伏老采空区为研究对象,对老采空区注浆充填过程中地表监测点进行现场实测,并对注浆后的减沉效果进行评价分析。结果表明:对老采空区进行注浆后,与不进行注浆时相比地表减沉25%;监测点受注浆影响下沉速度明显减缓,监测期间地表下沉量显著减小。对老采空区进行注浆能够减小地表下沉,有效地保证地表建(构)筑物的安全运营。The monitoring and evaluation of the effect of grouting and sinking are important for the rational utilization of the coal mining subsidence area and the optimization of grouting and sinking scheme in the old goaf.In this study,the old goaf of Julong Mining Group Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object,the point surface monitoring is measured on site in the grouting filling process of the old goaf,and is evaluated effect through sinking after grouting.The results show that the surface subsidence is reduced by 25% compared with without grouting after grouting in the old goaf;the subsidence speed of the monitoring point is obviously slowed down by the grouting,and the surface subsidence is significantly reduced during the monitoring period.Grouting to old goaf could reduced the surface subsidence and ensured the safe operation of the surface construction.
