摘 要:目的基于表面肌电方法,评估周围性面瘫儿童针灸治疗1个月后的治疗效果。方法选取32名周围性面瘫患儿为研究对象,在治疗前和针灸治疗1个月后,分别对受试者面部健侧和患侧额肌、颊肌进行表面肌电的测试。计算出治疗前后每块肌肉肌电数据的RMS均值、RMS最大值、中位频率、平均功率频率等参数。通过对比治疗前后肌电特征参数的变化,评估针灸治疗效果。结果受试儿童治疗后患侧颊肌与额肌RMS均值较治疗前显著增加,颊肌平均功率频率显著增加;受试儿童健侧与患侧颊肌中位频率和平均功率频率差值治疗后比治疗前显著减小。结论针灸治疗后,颊肌与额肌力量均有所恢复,其中颊肌改善效果更好。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis children one month later based on surface electromyography(sEMG).Methods Thirty-two children with peripheral facial paralysis were selected as the study subjects.sEMG data of the frontal and buccinator muscles for the healthy side and the affected side were measured before treatment and one month after acupuncture treatment.The root mean square(RMS)of EMG,and the mean of RMS,the peak of RMS and the median frequency(MF)of EMG were calculated for each muscle before and after treatment.The effects of treatment were evaluated by comparing the changes of EMG parameters before and after treatment.Results Compared with the data of pretherapy,the means of RMS for buccinator muscle and frontal muscle increased significantly,and the mean power frequency(MPF)of buccinator muscle increased significantly.The differences of MF and MPF for buccinator muscle between the healthy side and affected side decreased significantly after treatment for the subjects.Conclusions After acupuncture,the strength of buccinator and frontal muscle was increased and the improvement effect of buccinator muscle was better.
