经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断输卵管壶腹部妊娠的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDU)诊断输卵管壶腹部妊娠的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月在南阳市中心医院治疗的70例疑诊为输卵管壶腹部妊娠患者,所有患者均进行TVCDU检查,以手术病理诊断结果为基准,分析TVCDU的诊断效能。结果TVCDU诊断输卵管壶腹部妊娠的敏感度为91.38%,特异度为83.33%,准确度为90%,与病理诊断结果相比一致性良好。结论TVCDU诊断输卵管壶腹部妊娠准确度较高,且操作简单、方便,是一种较为理想的无创性检查手段。Objective To apply TVCDU in the diagnosis of tubal ampullary pregnancy and analyze its clinical value.Methods From January 2016 to January 1919,70 patients with suspected tubal ampullary pregnancy were treated in Nanyang Central Hospital.All patients underwent TVCDU examination.The diagnostic efficacy of TVCDU was analyzed based on the results of surgical pathological diagnosis.Results The sensitivity of TVCDU in the diagnosis of tubal ampullary pregnancy was 91.38%,the specificity was 83.33%,and the accuracy was 90%.The consistency was good compared with the pathological diagnosis.Conclusions TVCDU is a relatively ideal non-invasive method for the diagnosis of tubal ampullary pregnancy with high accuracy and simple and convenient operation.
