摘 要:目的观察间接复位技术联合微创肱骨近端锁定钢板法(LPHP)治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在焦作市第二人民医院治疗的60例肱骨近端骨折患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组30例,采取传统固定术治疗;观察组30例,采取间接复位技术联合LPHP治疗。比较两组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、出血量、VAS评分、Constant评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,且出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,Constant评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(2/30,6.67%)明显低于对照组(8/30,26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间接复位技术联合LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折具有明显的微创、安全优势,有利于术后关节功能的恢复,明显优于传统固定术。Objective To observe the effect of indirect reduction plus minimally invasive proximal humeral locking plate(LPHP)on proximal humeral fracture.Methods From January 2017 to January2019,60 patients with proximal humeral fracture were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Thirty cases in the control group were treated with traditional fixation and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with indirect reduction technique and LPHP.The operation time,fracture healing time,bleeding volume,VAS score,Constant score and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the bleeding volume was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the constant score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group[2 cases(6.67%)]was significantly lower than that of the control group[8 cases(26.67%),P<0.05].Conclusions Indirect reduction technique plus LPHP has obvious advantages of minimally invasive and safety in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture,which is beneficial to the recovery of joint function after operation,and obviously superior to traditional fixation.
