摘 要:目的探讨解磷注射液在有机磷农药中毒急救中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月在平顶山市第一人民医院治疗的50例有机磷农药中毒患者,将其分为两组,每组25例。对照组采取常规急救治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上,加用解磷注射液。比较两组患者的抢救成功率、症状消失时间、辅助呼吸时间、住院时间、胆碱酯酶活性及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者抢救成功率为96%(24/25),对照组为76%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的辅助呼吸、症状消失、住院等时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5 d、10 d,观察组患者的胆碱酯酶活性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对有机磷农药中毒患者应用解磷注射液可提高急救成功率,缩短病情恢复时间,提高胆碱酯酶活性,且安全性良好,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of dephosphorization injection in the first aid of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,50 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine first aid,and the patients in the observation group were treated with dephosphorization injection in addition.The rescue success rate,symptom disappearance time,assisted respiration time,hospitalization time,cholinesterase activity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of rescue was 96%(24/25)in the observation group and 76%(19/25)in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of auxiliary respiration,symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of cholinesterase in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group after 5 days and 10 days of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of dephosphorization injection to the patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can improve the success rate of first aid,shorten the recovery time of the disease,improve the activity of cholinesterase,and has good safety and high application value.
