摘  要:目的探讨依地酸钙钠在系统性硬化症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年12月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的58例系统性硬化症患者。根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组29例。对照组予以常规用药方案,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用依地酸钙钠,记录两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组改良Rodnan评分结果比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组改良Rodnan评分结果均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后改良Rodnan评分较之前变化幅度更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依地酸钙钠能够显著提高系统性硬化症患者的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of calcium disodium edetate on systemic sclerosis.Methods From July 2016 to December 2018,58 patients with systemic sclerosis were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment plan,and the study group was added with calcium disodium edetate on the basis of routine treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was recorded.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the modified Rodnan score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the modified Rodnan score of the two groups decreased,the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Rodnan score of the study group changed more significantly than before(P<0.05).Conclusions Calcium disodium edetate can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with systemic sclerosis.
