摘  要:目的:探讨急诊经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心肌细胞外基质(ECM)重构的影响。方法:抽取2018年1月至2019年5月聊城市第三人民医院接收的76例AMI患者,依据是否行急诊PCI,分为PCI组51例,非PCI组25例。PCI组实施PCI治疗,非PCI采用保守药物治疗。所有患者均在入院即刻、治疗后1、7、30、45 d,检测Ⅲ型N端胶原前肽(PⅢNP)及心肌纤维化的Ⅰ型C端胶原前肽(PICP)水平。结果:入院即刻及治疗后1 d,两组PⅢNP及PICP水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7、30、45d,PCI组PⅢNP及PICP水平低于非PCI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊PCI可有效减轻AMI患者ECM重构,改善心脏功能。Objective To investigate the effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on extracellular matrix(ECM)remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 76 AMI patients admitted to Third People’s Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected,according to whether emergency PCI was performed,they were divided into PCI group(51 cases)and non PCI group(25 cases).PCI group was treated with PCI,while non-pci group was treated with conservative drugs.All patients were tested in the hospital immediately,and 1,7,30,45 d after treatment for collagen type detection Ⅲ n-terminal propeptide(PⅢNP)and myocardial fibrosis Ⅰ type C-terminal collagen peptide(PⅠCP)level.Results Immediately after admission and 1 day after treatment,Comparison of PⅢNP and PⅠCP levels between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);45 d,30 d,7 d after treatment,The levels of PⅢNP and PⅠCP in PCI group were lower than those in non PCI group,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Emergency PCI can effectively reduce ECM remodeling and improve cardiac function in AMI patients.
