摘　　要：为进一步探究东当归的药用价值,并为合理开发及临床应用东当归提供参考依据,对东当归(Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa)的主要成分(挥发油、多糖、苯丙素、甾醇、黄酮类等物质)及其在抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、增强造血和免疫功能、保肝、抗菌及改善血循环等方面的作用进行了综述.In order to further investigate the medicinal value and provide reference for the rational development and clinical application of Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa, its main components such as volatile oil, polysaccharides, phenylpropanoid, sterols, flavonoids, as well as pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-tumor, enhancing hematopoietic and immune function, hepatoprotective, antibacterial and improving blood circulation protecting liver, antibacterial and improving blood circulation were reviewed.
