摘 要:随着电网规模的不断扩大,近年来电力系统的短路电流超标问题日趋严重。相较于其他限制短路电流的方法,网络结构优化更加灵活、经济。基于节点自阻抗的物理意义,提出通过构造与原电网相似拓扑、不同参数的"伴随网络",用以表征线路开断与短路电流约束之间显式线性关系的思路。进一步地,提出相应的短路电流约束的显式线性建模方法,并建立兼顾电网N-1安全性和短路电流越限消除的网络结构优化混合整数线性规划模型。针对大规模系统模型求解困难的问题,研究了多种约束集削减策略及方法,可有效降低决策空间规模,提高模型的计算效率。最后以修改的IEEE 30节点系统和IEEE 118节点系统为算例,验证了所建模型及求解方法的有效性。With the expansion of power grid, the problem of short-circuit current(SCC) in power system has become more and more serious in recent years. Compared with other methods of limiting SCC, transmission switching is more flexible and economical. Based on the physical meaning of node self-impedance, a new idea is proposed to represent the explicit linear relationship between line switching states and SCC constraints by constructing an "adjoint network" in this paper. The "adjoint network" has a similar topology with the original power grid, but the parameters are different. Further,an explicit linear modeling method of SCC constraints is proposed, and a mixed integer linear programming(MILP) model for transmission topology optimization is established. Both of the N-1 security constraints and the SCC constraints are considered in the established MILP model. In view of the difficulty of solving large-scale system problems, a variety of constraint set reduction strategies and methods are also studied, which can effectively reduce the scale of decision space and improve the computational efficiency of the model. Finally, the modified IEEE 30-bus system and IEEE 118-bus system are taken as examples to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
