摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,基层职工之家建设迫在眉睫。为了保证社会的良性发展,稳定基层职工的思想,单位领导需要站在更高的角度,梳理职工之家的建设过程。只有找寻基层职工之家建设中存在的各种问题,制定相应的管理措施,才能从根本上优化职工之家的建设,发挥工会作用,保证基层职工的权益。论文就新时代下如何加强基层职工之家建设进行简要分析与探讨,希望对职工之家的建设工作提出一些有价值的建议。With the development of society and economy,the construction of grassroots workers'home is imminent.In order to ensure the healthy development of the society and stabilize the thoughts of the grassroots workers,the leaders of the units need to stand at a higher angle and sort out the construction process of the workers'home.Only by looking for various problems existing in the construction of grassroots workers'home and formulating corresponding management measures,can we fundamentally optimize the construction of workers'home,play the role of trade unions and ensure the rights and interests of grassroots workers.This paper makes a brief analysis and discussion on how to strengthen the construction of grassroots workers'home under the new era,hoping to put forward some valuable suggestions for the construction work of workers'home.
