摘　　要：随着经济水平的提高,人们对住房条件和建筑质量有了新的认识。房地产测量是评价房地产工程质量的重要指标,可以说房地产测量测绘是影响工程质量的关键因素。在房地产开发中房地产测量技术是关键技术,不仅关系到工程项目的顺利建设,更直接关系到其房屋质量。论文主要分析房产测量测绘的过程和要点,并严格按照操作流程,促进我国建筑业的持续发展。With the improvement of economic level,people have a new understanding of housing conditions and construction quality.Real estate surveying is an important index to evaluate the quality of real estate projects.It can be said that surveying and mapping of real estate is a key factor affecting the quality of projects.In the real estate development,the real estate measurement technology is the key technology,not only related to the smooth construction of the project,but also directly related to its housing quality.This paper mainly analyzes the process and key points of real estate surveying and mapping,and strictly follows the operation process to promote the sustainable development of China's construction industry.
