摘　　要：目的探讨金字塔管理模式在住院精神病患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1~7月广州市民政局精神病院的90例住院精神病患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者共45例,采用常规管理模式,观察组患者共45例,采用金字塔管理模式,采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分对两组患者的康复效果进行比较,并比较两组患者的护理总满意度。结果两组患者干预后BPRS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院精神病患者中采用金字塔管理模式可以取得良好的临床效果,能够有效地促进住院精神病患者的病情,降低BPRS评分,提高患者家属对于护理的满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the application effect of pyramid management mode in the nursing management of inpatients with psychosis.Methods A total of 90 inpatients with psychosis in Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from January to July 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:the observation group and the control group.All 45 patients in the control group were given the routine management mode,and 45 patients in the observation group were given the pyramid management mode.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared by using the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score.The total nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The BPRS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pyramid management mode can achieve good clinical effect in the inpatients with mental illness,effectively promote the condition of inpatients with mental illness,reduce the BPRS score,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients′families,which has high clinical application value.
