综合护理模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理模式在血液透析(HD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月~2019年9月我院收治的100例HD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规护理模式;观察组采用综合护理模式,比较两组的自我护理能力评分、依从性及生活质量情况。结果观察组的HD知识、透析态度、自我护理技能等自我护理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的依从性高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HD患者中采用综合护理模式,其自我护理能力优于常规护理方法,同时还可提高患者用药依从性和自身生活质量,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with hemodialysis(HD).Methods A total of 100 HD patients treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table method.Conventional nursing was adopted in the control group,and comprehensive nursing was used in the observation group.The self-care ability score,compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-care ability such as HD knowledge,attitude towards HD and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients receiving HD,comprehensive nursing can better improve their self-care ability compared with the conventional nursing,and it also can improve their medication compliance and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application.
