摘　　要：目的研究X线定位下圆利针结合推拿纠正腰椎生理曲度治疗椎间盘膨出的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月于广州市东升医院接受诊断治疗的椎间盘膨出症患者共计91例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=45)和试验组(n=46),分别接受推拿疗法方案和圆利针结合推拿疗法方案治疗。对比两组疗效、腰椎生理曲度和椎间盘膨出改善情况。结果治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率为87%,明显高于对照组的69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后腰椎生理曲度改善情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而椎间盘膨出改善情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论X线定位下圆利针结合推拿纠正腰椎生理曲度治疗椎间盘膨出症患者临床效果显著,患者症状有所减轻。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture with round-sharp needle guided by X-ray combined with massage to correct lumbar physiological curvature in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 91 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were diagnosed and treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Dongsheng Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group(n=45,massage therapy)and an experimental group(n=46,acupuncture with round-sharp needle and massage therapy).The clinical curative effects,the physiological lumber curvature improvement,and CT observation intervertebral disc bulge degrees were compared.Results After the treatment,the effective rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(87%vs.69%,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the physiological lumber curvature improvement(P>0.05),but was in intervertebral disc bulge(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture with round-sharp needle guided by X-ray combined with massage to correct lumbar physiological curvature in treatment of lumbar disc herniation is clinically effective and can alleviate their symptoms.
