美容祛斑汤联合阿拓莫兰治疗黄褐斑的效果及对患者角质形成细胞分泌细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的分析美容祛斑汤联合阿拓莫兰治疗黄褐斑的效果及对患者角质形成细胞分泌细胞因子的影响。方法将2016年5月至2019年5月郸城县人民医院门诊收治的36例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各18例。对照组均采用阿拓莫兰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用美容祛斑汤进行联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及角质形成细胞分泌细胞因子水平。结果观察组总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为11.11%,明显低于对照组的38.89%(P<0.05);观察组SIL-2R与TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对黄褐斑患者进行临床治疗时,相较于阿拓莫兰的单独使用,美容祛斑汤与阿拓莫兰的联合应用对患者临床症状改善效果更佳,在提高患者临床治疗效果的同时,还降低了诸多不良反应发生率,同时对角质形成细胞所分泌的细胞因子水平具有一定的改善效果,临床推广价值显著。Objective To analyze the effect of beauty quercus decoction combined with atmoline in the treatment of chloasma and its effect on cytokines secreted by keratinocytes.Methods Thirty-six patients admitted to Dancheng People's Hospital from May,2016 to May,2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atmoline,and the observation group with beauty quercus decoction and atmoline.The clinical efficacies,adverse reactions,and cytokine levels secreted by keratinocytes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(11.11%vs.38.89%;P<0.05).The levels of SIL-2R and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with chloasma,compared with atmoline alone,the combination of beauty quercus decoction with atmoline has better effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms and situation.At the same time,it also reduces the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a certain improvement effect on the level of cytokines secreted by keratinocytes.Therefore,the clinical promotion value is significant.
