《四圣心源》辨治耳痛浅析

摘　　要：通过《四圣心源》中关于耳窍的生理及病理过程阐述,讨论黄元御思想对耳痛病机的认识,并通过方剂分析,探索黄元御治疗耳痛的用药特点及辨治耳痛的指导意义。《四圣心源》谓“浊气上逆致耳痛”,重视中气在耳部疾病中的关系,用药亦强调脾胃之气、升清降浊。According to the elaboration of the physiological and pathological process of ear acupuncture in Four Sacred Heart Sources,Huang Yuanyu's thoughts on the pathogenesis of ear pain are discussed;and by analyzing the prescriptions,Huang Yuanyu's medication characteristics and treatment of ear pain are explored,so as to identify the guiding significance of treating earache.Four Sacred Heart Sources refers to“turbidity reversal causes earache”.It attaches importance to the relationship between Zhongqi and ear diseases.The medication also has emphasis on the qi of spleen and stomach and on clearing and reducing turbidity.
