摘 要:目的探讨对手指皮肤缺损患者采取显微外科修复的方法和效果。方法随机选择巴彦淖尔市医院2017年3月至2019年6月收治的手指皮肤缺损患者84例共117伤指,根据患者的修复部位与皮瓣情况采取针对性的修复手术治疗,统计术后皮瓣成活率以及伤指皮瓣感觉功能的恢复情况。结果84例患者117伤指中,术后皮瓣成活率为97.44%(114/117),皮瓣坏死率为2.56%(3/117);术后伤指并发症发生率为2.56%(3/117)。术前伤指皮瓣感觉功能分级集中在S0~S2+级,术后伤指皮瓣感觉功能分级集中在S3~S4级,术后伤指皮瓣感觉功能较术前提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对手指皮肤缺损患者进行显微外科修复治疗可达到理想的修复治疗效果,有助于促进患者皮瓣感觉功能的良好恢复。Objective To investigate the specific methods and therapeutic effects of microsurgical repair in the treatment of finger skin defect.Methods Eighty-four patients(117 fingers)with finger skin defect treated in Bayannur Hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected.Targeted surgeries were selected and performed according to patient’s repair site and flap condition.The survival rate of flaps and recovery of sensory function of the injured finger flap were counted.Results Among the 117 injured fingers in 84 patients,the survival rate of flaps was 97.44%(114/117),and the necrosis rate of flaps was 2.56%(3/117).The complication rate of injured fingers was 2.56%(3/117).The sensory function of the injured finger flap was classified as S0 to S2+before operation,and S3 to S4 after operation;while the sensory function of the injured finger flap after surgery was significantly improved,compared to preoperative condition(P<0.05).Conclusions Microsurgical repair for finger skin defect can achieve ideal effects in the repair treatment,and help to promote the recovery of the sensory function of patients’skin flaps.
