摘　　要：针对筒形工件在磷化处理时存在的工件之间出现压痕,内表面局部无磷化膜,以及槽液不易排尽的问题,设计了一款辅助工具——自倾斜插栏,阐述了该辅助工具的结构和用法。该工具很好地解决了上述问题。Aiming at the problems existing in phosphating treatment of the cylindrical workpieces,including indentation between workpieces,local absence of phosphating film on the inner surface,and poor drainage of phosphating solution,an auxiliary tool called as leaning basket was designed,which solved the problems efficiently.The structure and use of the auxiliary tool was described.
